For "IN SEASON" Bed and Breakfast

A deposit of one half your stay is taken when your reservation is made.
The balance is due upon arrival.

Single night reservations are paid in full at the time of booking.

Deposits for reservations cancelled up to and including 14 days 
prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $20 cancellation fee.

Deposits for reservations made within 14 days of arrival are non refundable.
You may wish to consider cancellation insurance.

No Reservation, made within North America, will be considered "confirmed" until we actually speak to you in person.

TRUTCH MANOR is not able to accommodate more than two guests in any given suite.

TRUTCH MANOR is a no smoking, adults only, no pets environment.
